S. Sudan's Khartoum embassy denies complaint over Darfur rebel support

The South Sudanese Embassy in Khartoum dismissed claims that it received an official complaint from Sudan's government over alleged support and harboring of Darfuri rebel movements by Juba.

In a statement to the Sudanese Media Centre on Saturday, Deputy Head of Diplomatic Mission Kau Nyok Mager said that reports published by some media outlets in this regard is propaganda.

He said the Joint Security Committee between the two countries is the only official channel for complaints between the two in accordance with the Joint Cooperation Agreement signed between the two countries September 2012 in Ethiopia.

Mager said he has no problems implementing the eight agreements signed with Sudan.
