Qatar to build tech college and high school in Dilling

A Qatari delegation inaugurated new educational facilities in Dilling, South Kordofan.

A source told Radio Tamazuj Thursday that South Kordofan’s governor and visiting Qatari officials laid a foundation stone of the Technology College and secondary school at airport residential areas in Dilling.

Separately, a final peace conference between the Dar En Naila and Ghulfan Arab tribes was postponed until next week, according Dar En Naila tribal leader Omda Sadiq Ahmed.

The peace and reconciliation conference the two tribes has been postponed for the third time due frequent absence of state government officials, according to tribal leaders of the two sides.

Sadiq said the conference was scheduled to convene from 10 to 15 September, but was cancelled due to engagement of the state governor in the National Congress Party’s El Shura meetings.

Sadiq stressed that they will hold the conference next even if the governor fails to attend.
