Mediators in talks on S Sudan negotiations agenda

Talks began today in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia, between the IGAD peace mediators and the South Sudanese stakeholders to determine the agenda for the current round of negotiations, which is just beginning.

Though the consultations are closed to the press, sources said the mediators plan to consult this Wednesday evening separately with the SPLM-Leaders group of Pagan Amum and the civil society delegation, having already discussed the matter with representatives of the SPLM-Juba and SPLM-IO factions.
