Citizens in the eastern Nuba Mountains in Sudan’s South Kordofan State have reported irregular services on the Zain network, affecting their businesses.

Speaking to Radio Tamazuj, several local residents said the network disconnections from time to time have been interrupting communication between the population and local businesses.

Meanwhile, citizens at Al Zarafa village in Al Tadamum locality said the network cuts occurred after the network provider made some changes on an antenna of the Zain Company which is covering the area.

The complaining citizens called on the Zain Company to do maintenance on the mobile network as soon as possible so they resume their businesses normally.
