The director of Aweil hospital in Northern Bahr al Ghazal has told Radio Tamazuj that it is facing many challenges in providing services to patients.

Cecilia Fabio said the hospital is being forced to provide health services without sanitary provisions and a severe lack of staff.

She said the closing of the nursing hospital has also increased pressure with the hospital becoming dependent on volunteers.
