UN peacekeepers in South Sudan reported the sighting of suspected Antonov airplanes over Raja town in Western Bahr el-Ghazal State on Tuesday afternoon and again in the early hours of Wednesday morning, according to a spokesman.

UN spokesman in New York Stephane Dujarric noted that aerial bombardment had taken place in an area 20 kilometres west of Raja town on 31 December of 2014.
