Power and communication cuts in Kadugli

A number of citizens in Kadugli, the capital city of South Kordofan have complained of the interruptions to the power and communication networks for the past two weeks.

Residents told Radio Tamazuj that telecommunications and Internet services have been stopped for two weeks, in addition to power outages.

They said they are now isolated and demand for authorities to intervene and resolve the communication and electricity crisis, especially as many citizens rely on sending money through uploading credit on mobile phones to their children who are studying and need to pay the fees.
