Maridi State governor Africano Mande donated 210,000 South Sudanese Pounds this week to the local Boda-boda (motorcycle riders) Association for running its activities.

Speaking to Radio Tamazuj, the chairperson of the Maridi Boda Boda Association Bosco John appreciated the governor for his support. He said the governor advised them to become creative minded to venture in other businesses.

The association’s advisor Ahalafi Isaac urged the members to cooperate with each other so that they can grow their business.

The local association was formed in 2007 with the aim of facilitating the movement of people and goods from one place to another within the state.
